Yesterday at Future.Travel we had a customer who had purchased tickets in economy. When we went to ticket ‘on queue’ the system came back and said there was a lower price. It was business class. This is all happening on British Airways flying out of London.
Economy was completely sold out, but the discount business seats are still available. I am sure the customer will be very happy and surprised when he gets to check in via the business class line and sits up front after spending an hour in the lounge.
Always check business class when you’re flying economy. Many times business class is cheaper than economy tickets.
